Works at Singapore International School Thonburi (Pasricharoen, BKK)
Provides support and supervision in the various human resource and government liaison functions, and programs in relation with the school.
• Handle visa of teachers, students and dependents
• Handle work permit and teaching licenses.
• Has sound knowledge to provide basic counselling on Thailand work permit and visas immigration.
• Notify schedule for extension student visa to Parent.
• Support Recruitment required document of New Staff, issue letter police clearance and TOEIC test.
• HR & Admin work as assigned.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
• Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in related field.
• At least 2-3 years experiences, preferably from international environment or school setting.
• Good command of English and Thai.
Good knowledge on Thailand labor laws, teaching license, work permit and visas immigration will be highly considered.
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Business and commercial awareness.
• Familiar with HR systems/software.
