- Support new model starts up and daily operation.
- Improvement and Maintain process standard.
- Kaizen and improvement activity.
- Coordinate with production lines to increase productivity.
- Consolidate, Analyze, Criticism all process information and solve the problem in process to meet with production target and customer requirement.
- Monitoring the process and inform all related section as appropriate.
1. Male/ Female. Age between 20 - 30 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineer.
3. Computer literate, Proficiency in MS Office, Mini tab, AutoCAD, Solid work, Drawing, etc.
4. Strong leadership with self-motivation and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Able to communicate in English with self-confidence.
6. Warm welcome for new graduated.
7. Having an analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Having a QC 7 Tools knowledge.
9. Experience in mechanical process or process improvement will be preferable.
