• Manage the compensation benefits and welfare process, including health, check-up and life insurance, etc.
• Handle and be responsible for all staff compensation benefits claim and management, and maintain employee records.
• Manage and be responsible for the payroll process, including provident fund and social security. Also coordinate with Social Security and Provident Fund.
• Handle and be responsible for all administrative work for Department's budget and expense.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or relevant working experience
• Minimum 1 - 2 year’s working experience in a related field
• Possess data analytics skills and be proficient in Excel (IF, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization
