Chef R&D of Delicatessen

- Research and develop existing ready-to-eat recipes and develop new recipes, design stickers or packaging for sale, set prices according to customer targets in Japanese food, salads, sandwiches, bakery, international food, etc.

*Dessert is first priority.

• Bachelor's degree in Home Economics, Food Science, or a related field.
  
• Cooking experience For at least two years, create products and recipes in several style such as Thai, Europe, Japanese Chinese, Dessert etc.
• Experience in developing ready-to-eat products for sale in supermarkets, department stores or convenience stores.
• Understand and be able to advise on food production in the factory *Experience is preferred.
• Patient, diligent, and dedicated to work and able to handle work pressure, Maintain cleanliness
• Have leadership and time management skills
• Have a good personality, experience and business skills
• Have good communication skills attentive to details, careful, and observant
