Depend on qualifications and experience
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Provide support via phone, email, or in person.
- Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
- Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Assist with IT security measures and data backups.
- Document technical issues and their resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Train users on new technologies and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and Linux (Optional).
- Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with remote support tools.
- Basic cybersecurity awareness.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills
Work location : Wallstreet Tower Bldg., 23rd Fl.,Surawongse Rd.,Suriyawongse, Bangrak, Bangkok, Thailand 10500 (BTS Sladeang)
Work time : Work on 08.30 - 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
