Product Advisor
TOTO (Thailand) Co., Ltd.Customer Service: Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide them with assistance. Understand customer needs and preferences to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions. Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers. Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Product Knowledge: Product Knowledge: Possessing a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company, including features, benefits, pricing, and usage scenarios.
Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers in person, over the phone, or via online channels to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Training and Development: Training sessions through various formats, such as classroom-style sessions, webinars, or hands-on workshops, to educate employees and external organization about product features, selling techniques, or the others topic
Moderator & Speaker: Prepare and deliver presentations on assigned topics, tailoring content to the audience’s interests and knowledge level. Engage with the audience through dynamic and interactive speaking techniques. Ensure that all speaking engagements are informative, engaging, and aligned with the event’s goals.
Seminar Preparation: Speakers are responsible for thoroughly preparing their presentation materials, which may include slides, handouts, or multimedia content. They should also rehearse their presentation to ensure smooth delivery and effective communication of key points.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times,Arrange products and displays to maximize visibility and accessibility.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of sales transactions and customer interactions. Prepare monthly report of all team performance reports.

- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities both in Thai & English
- Ability to adapt contents and delivery style to different audiences
- Confidence, poise, and the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple speaking engagements effectively.
