- Develop short-term and long-term corporate communication and marketing strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Analyze and adjust marketing strategies, reporting results to management.
- Plan, coordinate, and support both offline and online company and business unit activities.
- Communicate, coordinate, and create communication with the corporate secretary's office for matters related to the stock exchange, news media, and investors.
- Build brand awareness and recognition as a leading provider of innovative, high-quality, and environmentally friendly products (Brand Positioning).
- Monitor and collect data to analyze and set performance indicators for each activity.
- Coordinate and welcome company visitors.
- Procure gifts, premium products, and promotional items within the allocated budget and guidelines.
- Define and manage the company's corporate identity (CI), graphic materials, and communication methods to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Conduct activities to contribute knowledge, experience, resources, and support to various units in society.
Producing marketing materials to drive sales and marketing success.
- Plan and develop content and PR plans for online communication channels (e.g., Digital Signage, Website, Email Campaign, Mailchimp, Facebook, YouTube, Line OA, etc.) in collaboration with the marketing team of each business unit.
- Manage and update company activities and product information on social media and the website, ensuring timely and relevant content.
- Plan and create artwork, catalogs, brochures, and graphic materials for online and offline communication channels.
- Plan, coordinate, and produce videos of products, activities, and project deliverables to communicate with target audiences.
- Receive, respond to, and track the status of inquiries and messages received through online and offline channels, and forward them to relevant departments.
Exhibitions and Seminars
- Coordinate and track data on seminar activities and exhibitions, and prepare summary reports.
- Coordinate and participate in exhibitions with each business unit.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communication.
- Proven experience in managing company's online presence, including platforms like Facebook, Line, and utilizing tools such as Search Engine Marketing, Google Analytics, and other marketing software.
- Proficiency in design and development software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing tools.
- Strong skills in writing, editing, speaking, listening and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English language proficiency.
