Responsibilities

Job Summary:

1.Provide content and materials needed for the school events i.e. presentation and infographic.

2.Review and evaluate all activities and propose the opportunity to develop events .

3.Create sales tools (Presentation and document) with analytical and strategic thinking.

4.Manage assigned projects to support all school functions including sales, marketing, academic, etc.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1.A person with grit & growth mindset.

2.Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

3.Fresh graduates are welcome.

4.Must be able to work on Saturday and Sunday (5 working days and off on Monday-Tuesday/Thursday-Friday).

5.Ability to synthesize the findings in a visualized and easy-to-understand format with excellent skills in PowerPoint and others.

6.Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and good business judgment.

7.Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around reports.

8.Passion for researching and working on project-based.

9.End-to-end ownership of a project is a must.

10.Strong organizational and people skills, successful track record of coordinating between multiple project stakeholders including product managers, sales and marketing teams.

11.Self-starter who possesses the flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations.

12.Ability to explain complex topics engagingly and compellingly to a variety of audiences.

13.Charismatic, can-do attitude who is willing to roll up your sleeves.
