Finance Officer (Accounts Receivable) at Samutprakarn Branch

• Record AR settlement in ERP after matching the money received in Bank statements /cheque received
• Reconcile AR outstanding with AR report on a monthly basis
• Prepare AR overdue report on a weekly basis
• Communicate the Customers, Bank and Sales team to follow up on payments from customers, both Domestic and Overseas, and coordinate the Sales team to support Finance in following up with overdue customers
• Forecast Forward Contract for AR receive and manage usage.
• Record AR unrealized gain/loss monthly
• Issue invoice for Other income
• Report WHT deducted at source and check the correctness of WHT documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or payment reconciliation (ERP experience is a plus).
• Knowledge background of accounting standards and tax regulations related to receivables
• systems. and Tax knowledge would be an advantage.
• Good command in English (communication skill, report, email)
• Good computer skill such as Microsoft Office Excel, Word
• Initiative, teamwork, Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
