- Develop a production plan to meet market demand and monitor production units to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Plan and collaborate with other departments.
- Resolve issues related to deviations from the scheduled delivery plan.
- Procure raw materials in alignment with the sales plan and ensure raw materials are ready before production.
- Bachelor's degree in production, Mathematics, Science, or related fields involving calculation.
- 0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficient in Excel functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communicative level of English proficiency.
- Positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
