- Research and develop to determine the optimal machine conditions that meet customer requirements.
- Study and collect customer machine data to improve, develop, and troubleshoot issues when problems arise.
- Provide recommendations and explain machine conditions to customers.
- Prepare documentation related to research and development.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and execute tasks according to the plan.
- Continuously study and acquire new knowledge to improve work processes for greater efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 0-3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Knowledge of lab equipment and other analytical tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Positive attitude towards work, eager to learn new things, and able to work as part of a team
- Highly adaptable, able to accept and manage frequent changes in the work environment
