Human Resources :
• Responsible for work related to recruitment and selection function
• Employment Agreement, Manage and maintain personnel files and other information
• Keep monitoring and updating Organization chart
• Proceeding payroll with accuracy and on time (Excel & B-Plus Program)
• Time and attendance records
• Do Visa , Workpermit , 90Days report , Non -B Visa , etc.
• take care about Social security officer and submit online all functions SSO
• take care taxes all relate for example PND1, 50Tavi, Kor tor 20,25,26 , PND1kor., etc
• Liaise with Government authorised department on office license, visa and work permit arrangement for expatriate staff and visitors and prepare reports to the Government when required
• Manage and arrange communication session between internal and third-party for provident fund, medical and health insurance and others under GA&HR Department
• Conduct training need analysis, plan, execute and assess the program and also initiate necessary actions to ensure training effectiveness
• weekly, Monthly , yearly Report preparation
• Taking care personal Income Tax for all expat's
• Undertake additional related responsibilities as required
General Affairs :
• Manage and renew company important documents such as contact DBD / revenue department etc.
• Dealing with building management for the renew contract.
• Coordinate necessary tasks with MD
• Support all expat's business and welcome visitors both Thai & Foreigners
• Male/Female, age 32-40 years
• at least 7 years up ’ experience in HR&GA Management function
• Bachelor's Degree of Human Resources Management or related field.
• Good command in English
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Good management, communication and interpersonal skill
• Proactive, flexible and analytical thinking person
•Able to work under pressure
•Good knowledge of labor law
Working hr: จันทร์-ศุกร์ 8.30-17.30
