Assistant Online Manager
Lock & Lock (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.- Drive digital sales to meet specified targets, while closely monitoring Return on Investment (ROI) metrics, including Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and marketing fees.
- Oversee the livestreaming process, from planning to execution, and measure success metrics.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
- Analyze data to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Optimize ads for maximum performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Manage agency and affiliate relationships to ensure successful marketing campaigns on TikTok.
- Create engaging video content for TikTok that resonates with the platform's users.
- Recruit and manage creators who can produce high-quality content for TikTok.
- Manage the seller center for TikTok Shop, ensuring that products are listed correctly, and promotions are effective
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, leveraging social media and e-commerce channels.
- Lead innovative content strategies, such as TikTok livestreams, influencer partnerships, and promotional events.
- Drive affiliate marketing programs and other customer acquisition strategies.
- Analyze sales performance, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a unified brand presence across all digital platforms.
- Keep abreast of e-commerce trends, emerging platforms, and tools to drive innovation.
- Ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment in collaboration with the operations team.
- Manage partnerships with external partners, including influencers, affiliate networks, and platform representatives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5 - 7 years of working experience in E-Commerce & Project Management related field
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of social media marketing.
- Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing and planning campaigns for Livestreaming.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret e-commerce metrics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership abilities.
- Passionate about social media marketing, performance marketing and experience with TikTok
