Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to maximize sales and brand presence across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and D2C.
  • Lead and oversee campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, content, and design) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire the online marketing team to achieve individual and collective success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in online marketplace or e-commerce, with a focus on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and D2C.
  • Proven track record of managing successful online campaigns and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Good Command in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Excel and PowerPoint)
