Online Marketing Manager
Lock & Lock (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.- Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to maximize sales and brand presence across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and D2C.
- Lead and oversee campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, content, and design) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the online marketing team to achieve individual and collective success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in online marketing or e-commerce, with a focus on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and D2C.
- Proven track record of managing successful online campaigns and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics dashboards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Good Command in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Excel and PowerPoint)
