- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution. - Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop project scopes and objectives; ensure technical feasibility. - Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools.
- Report and escalate issues as they arise to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects.
- Collaborate with team members across different departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with real estate processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Thai language proficiency preferred).
- Chinese speaking and Russian speaking are preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software/tools.
