1. คิดสร้างสรรค์เมนูขนมหวานของร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น
2. จัดทำสูตรเมนูขนมหวาน และขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานให้กับทางหน้าร้าน
3. ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมกระบวนการต่างๆ ด้านคุณภาพสินค้าเพื่อให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานบริษัทฯ
4. พัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถในด้านการฝึกอบรมเชฟ และพนักงานต่างๆ ตลอดจนกระบวนการขั้นตอน การเตรียมวัตถุดิบสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ และเมนูขนมหวาน
5. สนับสนุน และร่วมช่วยเหลืองานด้านการออกร้าน Catering และงานต่างๆ นอกสถานที่ รวมไปถึงคิดค้นเมนูใหม่ ๆ เพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับรูปแบบงาน
6. สอนพนักงานให้ทำเมนูขนมหวานให้ได้ตามสูตรที่ตั้งไว้และประเมินผลการทำงาน
7. ติดตามผล Feed back จากลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับ เมนูตัวใหม่ที่มีการขายออกไป เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงและพัฒนา
8. ประเมินผลและให้คำแนะนำเรื่องคุณภาพสินค้า และการแก้ไขปัญหากรณีที่คุณภาพสินค้า ไม่ตรงตามมาตรฐาน
9. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบอื่น ๆ (ถ้ามี) ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 23 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์เชฟร้านขนมญี่ปุ่น 2 - 3 ปี
- สามารถฝึกอบรมพนักงานตามแผนอบรมได้
- มีความรู้/ชำนาญในด้านขนมหวานญี่ปุ่น
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
