- Develop architectural designs that align with project requirements and company standards.
- Select appropriate materials, colors, and specifications for construction projects.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and materials selection records.
- Identify and resolve design and construction-related challenges effectively.
- Handle client communication, gathering project requirements and providing updates.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
- Work closely with foremen, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Coordinate project schedules, ensuring alignment between teams and timely completion.
- Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
- Prepare Detail Drawings and Document Presentations for project execution.
- Review and evaluate architectural drawings from external contractors.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, contractors, and clients to refine design concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Professional Architectural License is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in client engagement and translating requirements into design solutions.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds MAX, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and MS Office.
