Company Description:
- Tusk Asia is the holding company for Arthit Ourairat Institute (“AOI”) schools in Thailand
- Group currently operates four (4) campuses in Thailand: SBS Rangsit, BISP Phuket, SBS International Chiang Mai and SBS International Bangkok
- Established since 1996, AOI is a leading Thailand-based education group with a family of globally focused international and bilingual K-12 schools, inspired by their founder Dr. Arthit Ourairat
- The Group is seeking a high-performing PMO leader to drive critical initiatives as part of its overall transformation program. The role will be responsible for overseeing strategic, commercial, and operational projects across our four campuses, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and align with the Group’s goals
Position Description:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and communicate the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring that all projects align with these goals
- Lead the development and management of strategic plans, ensuring that key initiatives are tracked, measured, and updated regularly
- Identify strategic opportunities, potential risks, and areas for growth, and propose actionable solutions
2. Project Planning & Governance
- Manage and maintain a structured project management framework at a Group-level across campuses, ensuring consistency in planning, execution, and reporting
- Establish and manage PMO policies, templates, and best practices to improve efficiency and accountability across all initiatives
- Ensure alignment of projects with the Group’s strategic objectives and operational goals
3. Project Execution & Oversight
- Lead the execution of strategic, and operational projects, ranging from new school expansions, commercial excellence, operational excellence, curriculum enhancements, facility upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as academic, IT, operations, finance teams and others to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor project risks, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with local regulations and education policies
4. Stakeholder Communication & Change Management
- Serve as a liaison between campus leadership, faculty, and administrative teams, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership (e.g., during regular EXCO cadences), identifying key risks and mitigation strategies, inclusive of requests for leadership support
- Lead change management initiatives to support smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and policies within the Group’s network
5. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and track KPIs and project success metrics to measure the impact of initiatives
- Conduct post-project evaluations, ensuring lessons learned are documented and used for future improvements
- Introduce best practices to enhance project execution and responsiveness to change
