Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of the Secondary Department, including filing, scheduling, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Communication & Coordination: Answer calls, manage emails, assist parents, and liaise with departments such as Admissions, Finance, and Facilities to streamline school operations.
- Event & ECA Management: Organize school events, parent meetings, workshops, handling logistics and communication. Facilitate extracurricular activities (ECAs) by coordinating with parents, students, and staff.
- Exam & Records Management: Assist in exam preparation (Cambridge, IELTS, SAT and summative assessments), maintain student records in Renweb, track attendance, and ensure compliance with school policies.
- Student Support & Welfare: Monitor attendance, manage late arrivals, and serve as the first point of contact for student illness, emergencies, and medical coordination.
- Equipment & Supplies Management: Maintain office equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate necessary repairs or supply orders..
- Translation & Technology Support: Provide Thai-English translation for communications and meetings while assisting with Renweb and other digital tools for record-keeping.

Qualifications:
- Thai nationality
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
