Responsibilities :
• Establish, Build, and Manage strong relationships with customers.
• Acquire new customers.
• Create and implement sales action plans to meet the sales target.
• Obtain customer requirements and lead the products and technical teams to provide the appropriate solutions.
• Have deep inside knowledge of the industries in charge.
• Set meetings with customers for new requirements and design solutions for customer
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales and engineers to prepare & propose appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with accounting regarding Issuing invoices/credit notes, and debit notes.
• Create quotation and review special price (if customer requests) / follow up quotation.
• Negotiate with the supplier about the price of the product/Negotiate on Price, Cost, and Delivery with the customer.
• Solving product problems and answering product details to customers.
Qualification and Experience :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or IT-related field.
• Minimum experience 3-5 years in any sales field, especially in IT Infrastructure such as Network, Security, Server, Storage, and other fields.
• Good people skills, sales skills, and customer relationship management skills
• Good command in English
• Good personality, Fast self-learning, Flexible, and Good Teamwork
• Good co-operate with vendors.
• Capable of analyzing the root cause and solving the problem
• Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Have a car license.
