- Create/Update Engineering BOM and Routing in ERP and transfer to production team.
- Create Routing for REWORK process to production team when required.
- Create master Engineering item into ERP systems.
- Create raw material approval process when new raw material required.
- Create/Register/Control Engineering Change (ECR/ECN) Control (To ensure that engineering
- Change both internal and external are completely implemented).
- Create/Update Forms, Work Instructions, and Procedures that related to Drawing/engineering
- Change/routing/BOM/process flow control and PFMEA
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace/mechanical engineering or other related fields.
- Good command in spoken and written English is required.
- Experience of working in Aerospace business is preferred.
- Able to read, interpret and understand engineering drawing, customer specification and requirement, and other specifications.
- Able to use CATIA to create 2D drawing and 3D model.
- Process Design skill with engineering sense
- Proficiency in computer skills in ERP system, Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and Google applications).
- Good attitude, teamwork, and always have quality and safety mind.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills and work well with diverse groups of people.
- Knowledge of various quality system methodologies 8D, 5 Why’s, etc. is an advantage.
