- Assist in conducting interview invitation calls to potential candidates
- Support recruiters in arranging interview files for hiring managers
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders to schedule interviews
- Update and maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
- Participate job fairs and design job posting for recruitment team
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
- Currently studying in a bachelor's degree program
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Professional in English communication both verbal and written
- Familiar with Google Suites and digital tools will be advantage
- Proactive and resourceful with a willingness to learn.
- Can work under pressure and enjoy chitchatting with the people
- Can work at Don Mueang International Airport
- Staff training and development
- 5-day work week
