Responsibilities

- Manage, handle and prepare payroll information and administration.

- Monitor and control accuracy payroll administration all location

- Prepare document and work closely with payroll outsource to submit to related parties eg. Revenue Department, Social Security Office, Provident Fund and Labor Department if needs to ensure all payroll process and procedure are aligned with regulations required by law.

- Support C&B for employee benefits program, includes administration medical welfare.

- Support Head of Human Capital to develop and maintain employee database to ensure employee data/information update/ accuracy.

- Handle all corporate HC reports and analyze information to support business needs.

- Provide consultancy services related to C&B to respective HC locations and employees.

- Support Head of Human Capital to provide data/information for salary and benefit surveys and liaise with HC Consultant Companies.

- Leads payroll admin specialist in each location for C&B internal communication.

- Provide support to Head of Human Capital for C&B matters/ any projects per assignment.

- Compliance C&B Process and Procedure in all locations

- Monitor and Control C&B Budget overall company

- Handle FNDT company probation evaluation program

- Support Head of Human Capital to manage HC Compliance and Labor Law

- Work with expats as advisor to provide professional services on visa, work permit and personal income tax

- Support Head of Human Capital to lead company annual review and salary increase proposal, administration and payout

- Support Head of Human Capital to develop company salary structure

Requirements

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Capital , MBA is an advantage

- Over 4 years in payroll, compensation & benefit and HR Operation

- Good command of written / Spoken in English

- Effective communication skills

- Attention to details

- Able to work independently with fast action
