- Coordinate and execute marketing activities for both domestic and international clients.
- Study and analyze the needs of customers in both domestic and international markets.
- Follow up on various documents related to marketing activities.
- Perform tasks related to customer relationship management (CRM) activities.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments of the company.
- Prepare various reports within the marketing department for monitoring and controlling the assigned tasks.
- Plan and present CRM strategies.
- Oversee direct communication with customers through CRM systems.
- Promote customer retention and loyalty.
- Review and enhance strategies to maintain the customer base.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, particularly in industrial product marketing to new markets.
- Extensive experience in the maritime industry or technology sector.
- Ability to conduct market research and summarize insights for implementation.
- Interest in technology and innovation.
- Strong energy and determination to achieve goals, with a willingness and openness to learn.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Capable of exploring new markets and addressing challenges.
- Excellent spoken and written English (TOEIC score of at least 550 is required).
