- Manage sales-related documentation, including organizing files and reporting operational results to supervisors.
- Prepare sales-related documents such as bid envelopes and quotations.
- Assist in creating sales reports and analyzing data to support effective decision-making by the sales team.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth processing of customer orders.
- Provide customer service by offering product information or updating order statuses.
- Perform tasks under the standards of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
- Undertake other assigned duties as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in administrative or sales coordination roles.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good English speaking and writing skills (Minimum TOEIC score of 550).
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
