- Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Excellent spoken and written both English (TOEIC scores minimum 550 is required.)
- 3 - 5 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal, communication with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
