- Search and monitor new project bidding opportunities available for participation.
- Collect and compile relevant information and project details.
- Analyze tender documents to understand the conditions and requirements.
- Explain and advise the bidding conditions to the relevant teams.
- Gather necessary information, documents, and pricing from various departments.
- Prepare a complete Proposal Package for management approval.
- Communicate and collaborate with the engineering, sales, or procurement teams to ensure accurate data preparation.
- Work closely with relevant departments to meet document requirements and deadlines.
- Check and track the status of bid submissions.
- Prepare additional documents, such as Bid Clarifications, if requested by clients.
- Organize and store Proposal Packages systematically for future reference.
- Create summary reports of all bidding activities for record-keeping purposes.
- Resolve issues arising in the process and present suitable solutions.
- Work according to standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Safety).
- Comply with company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Perform tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Naval Architecture, Naval Engineering,Marine Engineering or related fields).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and proposal management software.
- Strong understanding of project bidding processes.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in proposal writing, bid management, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written both English (TOEIC scores minimum 500 is required.)
