1. Estimation of Quantity of Production.
2. Monitor and improve the production process
3. Control and solve the problems in the production process
4. Control production costs
5. Supervise the work of employees according to the plan.
6. Control %Yield
7. Planning and Set up production targets (quality, production costs, and deliveries)
8. Plan the use of production resources
9. Training employee
10. Perform tasks as assigned.
- Thai nationality, age 30 - 45 years old.
- 5 - 7 years experience in Centralize kitchen, Production kitchen or related experience.
- Bachelor of Hospitality & Tourism Management or related fields.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and manage obstacles.
- Can work on weekend /holiday and flexible to be rotated to different location.
- Able to work under pressure and complete as per a deadline
- Can working at Thonglor soi 23
