Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

• Formulate proposals and initiatives focusing on results, output and outcomes;

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress towards desired results.

• Provide guidance and support with regard to the implementation of RBM to programme locations.

• Coordinate with partners (institutional education, corporates and regional colleagues etc.)

• Deliver the training to caregivers on leaving care preparation for youths who are transitioning from the care system to independent living

• Organize skill enhancing trainings for youths to ensure their appropriate preparedness before self-reliance/exit care.

• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• A degree in social work, psychology, or any other relevant fields

• Fluency in Thai/English

• Experience in coordinating and liaising with government/non-govt agencies and/or cooperates is an asset;

• Experience in design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development projects;

• Experience in working with NGOs is an asset
