Reporting to an Altus Group Director, as a Quantity Surveyor you are passionate about helping clients manage their construction costs and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the various stages of construction. As a Thailand based Quantity Surveyor, with Thailand working hours and conditions this is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our Australian team, working on Australia located projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Australia QS team with cost estimates and variation reviews
- Conduct detailed cost analyses, cost estimates, cost plans and feasibility studies for
- construction projects.
- Completion of full trade and elemental take-off
- Measuring quantities for variations and managing risks in relation to changes
- Managing client relations and assist in establishing a client’s requirements
- Undertake cost analysis and feasibility studies.
- Expertise and accreditation in Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- 2 -5 year’s Quantity Surveying experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
- Ability to work collaboratively with international QS teams / via Microsoft teams
- Hold current working rights to work in Thailand
- Knowledge of the local construction industry including development, contracting and consulting sectors
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
