1.Responsible for testing and evaluating new products in the washing machine category;
2.Responsible for reviewing and following up on testing at all stages of new product development, such as prototypes, trial production, and initial production stages, outputting corresponding testing plans, and monitoring the testing process and result evaluation, assessing the risks of new product market launch;
3.Responsible for organizing various departments to promote the quality improvement project of new washing machines;
4.Responsible for drafting testing guidelines and participating in standard revisions;
5.Introduce new testing instruments and tools, and coordinate with R&D to establish standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Materials or Chinese language major
- Good communicate in Chinese
- Has 1-5 years of experience in the home appliance manufacturing industry/Quality/R&D product
- Possesses strong execution communication, coordination and planning abilities, as well as good learning and stress resistance capabilities

สวัสดิการดี ถ้าได้ภาษาด้วยเงินเดือนก็ต่อรองเงินเดือนได้สบาย พักหลังๆเปลี่ยนแปลงวันหยุดบ่อยมีการประเมิน performance ซึ่งมีผลต่อโบนัสที่จะได้ในแต่ละรอบ
