1.Collect and Analyze Return Data: Gather and analyze relevant data on product returns to identify the main reasons, frequency, trends, etc. Perform category-based analysis of different types of returns to identify potential issues in quality, logistics, or other areas.
2.Evaluate Product Design and Production Processes: Assess whether there are any issues in product design, manufacturing, packaging, or shipping stages and provide improvement suggestions.
3.Inspect Returned Products: Examine returned products to determine if there are quality defects and document the type, location, and severity of these defects.
4.Coordinate with Departments for Issue Traceability: Collaborate with the quality control, production, and other relevant departments to trace the source of issues and monitor the resolution of these problems.
1.Educational Requirements: A diploma or higher in relevant fields such as Statistics, Quality Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related majors is preferred.
2.Work Experience: Candidates with relevant experience in data analysis, quality control, after-sales service, or return processing will be given preference.
3.Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Proficient in using tools such as Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools, with the ability to clean, process, and analyze data.
4.Familiarity with Quality Management Systems: Knowledge of quality management systems, return processing procedures, and after-sales service processes.
5.Understanding of Common Quality Issues: Familiar with common quality problems and their potential impact.
6.Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Standards: Understanding of ISO quality management standards and the ability to propose improvement suggestions based on data analysis.

สวัสดิการดี ถ้าได้ภาษาด้วยเงินเดือนก็ต่อรองเงินเดือนได้สบาย พักหลังๆเปลี่ยนแปลงวันหยุดบ่อยมีการประเมิน performance ซึ่งมีผลต่อโบนัสที่จะได้ในแต่ละรอบ
