3.Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Proficient in using tools such as Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools, with the ability to clean, process, and analyze data.
4.Familiarity with Quality Management Systems: Knowledge of quality management systems, return processing procedures, and after-sales service processes.
5.Understanding of Common Quality Issues: Familiar with common quality problems and their potential impact.
6.Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Standards: Understanding of ISO quality management standards and the ability to propose improvement suggestions based on data analysis.
