Front desk agent performs check-in/out function for hotel guests, including being an information provider, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, hotel representative, public relations agent, coordinator of activities and accountant with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or any related
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is a must
- Be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous experience in a Front Office management role
- Good command of English both spoken and written
