Store Manager - Central Siracha
Central Pattana Public Company Limited- Responsible for managing retail strategy and developing the overall operational strategy of the community mall business
- Oversee the mall performance and daily operations of community mall to ensure mall operations, profitability and customer experience and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for developments in efficiency, cost effectiveness and tenant experience for mall property
- Maintain safe, efficient and attractive operations along ensure emergency preparedness in accordance with company regulations & guidelines
- Contribute to the successful of mall activity and lead the team in how they contribute to the success
- Liaise and performing active communication with all internal parties in mall in order to run smoothly mall activity in order to reach customer satisfaction
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management and operations from commercial retail industry
- Proven working experience in mall/ store operations is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of sales & marketing, retail management and financial services management
- Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently and in the best interests of the business
