• Plan and develop marketing activities and communication programs for shopping center
• Manage all marketing activities and communications including event management to increase sales revenue, brand awareness and customer experiences
• Provide strategic guidelines on the effectiveness of marketing, digital, advertising and communications programs
• Develop marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies
• Work closely with commercialization team in identifying new business opportunities and commercial innovation to fulfill financial target and maintain existing clients
• Ensure all marketing activities are delivered compelling content throughout all stages of the customer life-cycle, including campaign evaluation and ROI
• Collaborate with other departments and clients to achieve results and align with company’s direction
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, and event management roles
• Experience working in shopping mall or retail business will be advantage
• Strong understanding of communication concepts and practices involved in PR and digital marketing
• Strong creative and critical thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good command of written and spoken English
