Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive product strategy aligned with company objectives

• Innovate and design new product formulations while analyzing opportunities for market acceptance.

• Stay updated about technological advancements and cutting-edge ingredients relevant to skincare product development.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch improvements.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and assess customer needs to identify product opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Sales

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables

• Ensure all products meet quality standards, market demands, and business objectives.

• Excellent presentation/training skill

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Science, R&D, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development within the skincare or makeup industry.

• Excellent in communication, writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Passion for skincare; experience in brand manufacturing, R&D, or OEM is a plus.

• Positive mindset, "can-do" attitude, and excellent time management skills.

• Solid understanding of product development processes.

• Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Good command in English communication skills
