Phoenix Scientific Co., Ltd.- จัดพิมพ์เอกสารทั่วไป, แบบฟอร์มต่างๆที่ใช้ในบริษัท เช่น ใบรับประกันสินค้า เอกสารยื่นซองสอบราคา รวมถึงเอกสารต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคา และดำเนินการส่งใบเสนอราคาพร้อมรายละเอียดสินค้า
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขนส่งสินค้า ถึงรายละเอียดการส่งสินค้า ตามความต้องการของลูกค้าที่ได้แจ้งไว้
- เรียนรู้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ที่บริษัทฯ จัดจำหน่าย เพื่อสามารถสื่อสารคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของสินค้า เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าในด้านต่างๆ ให้กับลูกค้าได้
- เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่อง โดยเฉพาะ Microsoft Word ,Excel, Powerpoint. Outlook
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับปานกลาง-ดี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ขยัน กระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน และเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆได้
