Hr And Admin Officer
Hisaka Works (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.- Handle general office tasks including filing, organizing, and data entry
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office events
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports as needed
- Provide support in HR-related tasks (e.g., onboarding, documentation)
- Assist with bookkeeping and managing basic office finances
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and documents
- Prepare documentation, manage data, and create reports
- Other duties as assigned by superior
- Bachelor’s in related field
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably within an educational business.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
- Strong problem-solving.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of IT, including troubleshooting common office software and hardware issues
- Full Service mind, good interpersonal skill, able to handle confidentiality.
- Able to handle pressure and multiple tasks. Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize.
