1.จัดทำ Cash Flow และกระทบยอดบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารของบริษัทฯ
2.จัดทำประมาณการรายรับ-จ่ายของบริษัทเพื่อบริหารเงินสดคงเหลือในบัญชีให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
3.จัดทำและตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนของเอกสารการจ่ายชำระเจ้าหนี้ (Payment Voucher)
4.จัดทำและตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนของเอกสารการรับชำระเงิน (Receive Voucher)
5.จัดพิมพ์เช็ค หรือทำรายการโอนเงินผ่าน Internet Banking
6.ออกหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย และจัดทำรายงานภงด.3, 53 ประจำเดือน
7.ติดตามและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบเสร็จรับเงิน
8.บันทึกการรับ-จ่ายเงินและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของยอดเงินคงเหลือ
9.จัดทำใบสั่งขาย (Sale Order) และ Picking Slip/ Packing Slip เพื่อออกใบแจ้งหนี้
1. เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุไม่เกิน35 ปี
2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาบัญชี หรือ การเงิน
3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานการเงิน 3 ปี ขึ้นไป
4. มีความสามารถในการตรวจสอบและจัดทำ Cash Flow
5. มีทักษะการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์เป็นอย่างดี (โปรแกรมการใช้งานพื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office)
6. หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งานระบบ ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
7. หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
8. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงาน รวมทั้งการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
9. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดัน เร่งด่วน เพื่อให้แล้วเสร็จได้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา
