Senior Hr Officer
TOS ThailandHuman Resources:
- Supports overall human resources functions, including policy development.
- Assist the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, training sessions and seminars.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations (PDPA).
- Assist with employee engagement, university & college relations, employer branding and government relations.
- Maintain time records and data, including summarized time record of all employees.
- Summarize and maintain absent, leave request records including processing leave summary report to each department in every month.
- Contact social security office, revenue office and update / maintain employee database for social security contribution, provident fund contribution and claim for employee.
- Manage employee certificates folder for each employee and update another certificate for employee record. • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Address employee concerns, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Support in handling benefits and welfare for employees.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
- Minimum in Bachelor’s degree in any relevant area, preferably in HRM.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, especially in employee relation, Human resources and Administrative.
- Well-versed in Thailand Employment Ordinance.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of Social Security, Work permits process, Student Loan, Provident Fund
- Knowledge of labor law and relevant regulatory requirements.
- High level of confidentiality organized and detail conscious.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Thai.
