- Develop & Update procedures, instructions and form for QA & QC including training to all concerns.
- Provide quality reports (e.g. NC, complaints, Product return, Quality Notices, BQR, Operation meeting, etc.)
- Manage & follow up the customer complaint & claim with internal and external parties.
- Manage & follow up the product return (CAP process)
- Manage quality notice (Communication & follow up)
- Manage supplier claim (Communication & follow up)
- Update the yearly calibration plan, monitor and maintain the measurement devices.
- Performed miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.
- Female, age 21-24 years.
- Graduated in Science, Engineering or any related field
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a factory or industrial company with an ISO 9001 system.
- Good command in English (Writing, Reading, Listening and Speaking)
- Microsoft office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint)
- Problem solving skills
- Communication skills
- Able to work at Rayong Province
