Job Description
- Record invoices and payment details into the company's accounting system.
- Verify the accuracy of related documents such as invoices, receipts, and delivery notes.
- Contact suppliers to confirm payment details such as date and amount.
- Create accounts payable status reports such as Aging Report and Payment Summary Report.
- Make payments on time via bank transfer, check, or other specified methods.
- Manage tax-related documents such as Withholding Tax (WHT) and Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Collect data to assist in the financial statement closing process.
Qualifications
- No gender restrictions
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting)
- Age not over 35
- 5 years or more experience working in Accounts Payable
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles and ERP systems
- Be meticulous and have efficient document review
- Have communication and coordination skills and use Excel and other accounting software
- Able to work under pressure
