- Plan production schedules and manpower allocation for the line.
- Possess experience in production planning, problem analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable in robot programming and skilled in operating machinery such as robots and FB.
- Compile and summarize operational results and data to prepare reports for submission to supervisors.
- Experience in New Model Development within the automotive industry, including coordination and implementation of processes for new model launches
- Proven experience in monitoring and controlling production to meet SMQCDE standards
- Male, Age 25-30 years old.
- Job experience over 2-5 years about New Model Development in Automotive industry
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / electrical engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Industrial Engineer
- Good command of English
- Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to know the basics of Robot control, Auto CAD, 3D Sketchup and PLC
- Able to join in teams work and work under pressure.
