- Responsible in building and facility management, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate building repairs, renovations, and construction projects.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for buildings and infrastructure.
- Supervise contractors and vendors for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Implement and manage technology-driven facility solutions, such as Visitor System Management and Automatic Booking Meeting Room systems.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth facility operations.
- Monitor budgets and control costs for maintenance and improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Building Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of building structures, materials, and maintenance best practices.
- Experience in implementing and managing facility technology systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant building regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
