- Ensure excellence in execution, including QDVP3 (Quality, Distribution, Visibility, Persuasion, Price, Promotion), across assigned regions and accounts.
- Drive Market Coverage KPIs and monitor sales execution effectiveness.
- Analyze and report insights on execution gaps and sales performance.
- Provide in-field coaching and training to align sales teams with company targets.
- Identify training needs, enhance competency, and improve training effectiveness.
- Plan and track outlet coverage, training schedules, and QDVP3 performance.
- Develop sales tools, optimize processes, and ensure policy compliance.
- Monitor and improve sales program effectiveness through feedback and reporting.
- Lead assigned sales projects and other related duties.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commercial, or Finance.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Capability or Sales Training in FMCG.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Analytical skills with experience in SFA and DMS (sales tools) preferred.
- Experience in Sales or Marketing, with a background in On-Trade Market as a plus.
- Ability to design and conduct training sessions and develop sales capabilities.
- Assertive, self-disciplined, and confident with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel upcountry (50% of the time).
- Valid driver’s license and own a car.
