Operation Support Officer
SPIRAX SARCO (THAILAND) LIMITED- Temporary or part time for work 3 days a week.
- Process product received in ERP.
- Process Local Purchase Order to supplier for project and normal jobs after Assistant Operation Manager review and running number of PO.
- Follow up status of goods or jobs with local suppliers
- Provide document and register customer master’s in system.
- Provide document of supplier for new register or change send to Finance department.
- Process Service Request for Co-Ordinate with Delivery team for bring part back for fix or any.
- Booking 3rd party local delivery for additional route to customer.
- Support document required for Oil &Gas projects.
- Co-Ordinate with Assistance Operation Manager (AOM) for EHS and Safety event and any task as assign from AOM include update internal status.
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
