We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales and maintain customer relationships in Bangkok and its vicinity.
1.) Drive Business Growth and Client Satisfaction
- Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to existing clients' needs
- Strategically expand our customer base in Bangkok and surrounding areas
- Conduct regular client visits to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities
2.) Manage Client Relationships Effectively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Promptly address and resolve client concerns, liaising with internal teams as necessary
3.) Contribute to Strategic Decision-Making
- Generate and present comprehensive weekly performance reports
- Analyse sales data to inform business strategies and improve processes
4.) Demonstrate Product Expertise and Market Awareness
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Provide valuable insights to both clients and internal teams
Remuneration:
We offer a competitive package (25,000 - 40,000 THB monthly) including:
- Performance-based commission
- Vehicle depreciation allowance
- Transportation and telephone allowances
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in B2B sales, preferably in a related industry
- Proven track record in account management and client retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
