Digital Marketing Specialist
iCar Asia (Thailand) LimitedAs a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and product sales through strategic digital marketing initiatives. You'll focus on targeted audience engagement and measurable ROI across various digital platforms. This pivotal role involves developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to achieve our organisation's growth objectives within our dynamic marketing team.
What You Will Do:
1.) Content Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive content calendars aligned with business goals and digital marketing strategies.
- Create engaging, on-brand content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
2.) Paid Media Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise high-performing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LINE Ads).
- Craft compelling ad copy, select relevant keywords, design effective banners, and precisely target audiences to maximise ROI.
- Oversee campaign preparation, placement, performance analysis, and post-campaign reviews for onsite and offsite ad campaigns across one2car, Autospinn, and Autofun.
- Aim to increase conversion rates by quarter-over-quarter through optimised ad campaigns.
3.) Performance Analysis and Optimisations
- Utilise data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to collect, analyse, and interpret campaign performance data.
- Generate insightful media reports to inform strategic decision-making and continuously refine marketing strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimisations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
4.) SEO and SEM Management
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Manage SEM campaigns to drive qualified traffic and leads while optimising spend.
5.) Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and drive campaign success.
- Collaborate with the web development team to optimise landing pages and improve user experience.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and effectively support sales objectives.
6.) Trend Monitoring and Innovation
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Propose and implement innovative marketing tactics to keep our strategies cutting-edge and effective.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on paid advertising and content strategy.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on major platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LINE Ads).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced digital landscape.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying updated with industry trends.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours and weekends as required.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Previous experience in campaign optimisation and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Understanding of the automotive industry or enthusiasm to learn quickly about this sector.
