- ตรวจสอบและรับรองความถูกต้องของข้อมูลรถยนต์ที่ลงประกาศขายบนเว็บไซต์ one2car
- ดำเนินการทดสอบและตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่กำหนดไว้
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลจากช่างภาพ, ลูกค้าในระบบ CRM, และลูกค้า Private (รถบ้านเจ้าของขายเอง)
- ใช้ระบบ Pre-Moderation และ Post-Moderation ในการตรวจสอบข้อมูล
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Customer Service และ Telesale เพื่อตรวจสอบข้อมูลรถยนต์จากลูกค้า Private (รถบ้านเจ้าของขายเอง)
- สนับสนุนทีม Inspection ในการตรวจสอบข้อมูลยี่ห้อ รุ่นหลัก และรุ่นย่อยของรถยนต์
- ติดตามและรายงานปัญหาหรือข้อบกพร่องของผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ
- ร่วมมือกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อหาวิธีแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
- จัดทำเอกสารและรายงานด้านการประกันคุณภาพ
- สนับสนุนและให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมงานเกี่ยวกับการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการดำเนินงาน
- การศึกษา มัธยมตอนปลาย, ปวช., ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่าในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น วิศวกรรม อุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการประกันคุณภาพหรือการควบคุมคุณภาพอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานและกระบวนการด้านการประกันคุณภาพ (QA)
- ความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับรถยนต์ (ยี่ห้อ, รุ่น, เครื่องยนต์, ระบบขับเคลื่อน)
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากภาพถ่ายรถยนต์
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา รวมถึงมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ความสามารถในการใช้งาน Google Workspace และ Microsoft Office
- ความสนใจในเทคโนโลยียานยนต์สมัยใหม่และพร้อมเรียนรู้อยู่เสมอ
- ตาไม่บอดสี
