Procurement Officer

1. Responsible for procuring goods from international suppliers to support the sales Department.
2. Negotiate contracts and terms with international suppliers.
3. Coordinate with logistics and operations terms for timely delivery.
4. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and the sales department.
5. Monitor the delivery of goods to ensure timely arrival and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
6. Report directly to Procurement Manager.
7. Other assignments.

4. A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistic, economics, or a related filed is typically required
5. Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management, typically 2-5 years
6. Proven experience in vendor negotiation, contract management, and procurement strategies.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
8. Attention to detail and strong organization skills and ability to work under pressure.
9. Fluency in English;  additional languages are a plus.
